Your WorksBoard™: your calls, enquiries, reviews and Google Maps positions on one page
Your WorksBoard™ is one page with your calls, enquiries, reviews, Google Maps positions and the work we've done for you. It's private, it's yours, and it comes with every plan.
You see what came in, which enquiries turned into jobs, and what we did this week. No digging through five apps, and no waiting for someone to send you a report.
AI-powered, human-led.
18 questions, about 4 minutes. You see your score and the one gap costing you most.
The page opens on one number
40 people got in touch this month, 28 by phone and 12 through your website. 8 calls went unanswered, and 7 of those callers got a text back. Next month we're publishing a new page for your second town.
Your WorksBoard™, in short
- What it is
- One private page with your calls, enquiries, reviews, Google Maps positions and the work we've done for you.
- Who it's for
- Every ContentWorks client. It's the place you look to see what the marketing is bringing in.
- How you get in
- Your own address, and a six-digit code we email you. No passwords.
- How often it changes
- The numbers update monthly. The work log updates every week. Every month keeps its own page.
- Who does the work
- We do. Our team sets it up for you, builds it each month, checks it, and keeps the work log up to date.
- What it costs
- Nothing extra. It comes with every plan. See pricing.
Everything on your WorksBoard™, in plain English
Here's what you see when you log in. Yours are your own numbers.
One number, then what it means
It opens on how many people got in touch: calls plus website enquiries, with each person counted once. Under that, three short sentences say what happened and what's next.
Then the calls themselves. LeadFlow™, which texts back the calls you miss and follows up your quotes, set up and run by us, sends the text-back. Your WorksBoard™ shows how many callers it went to, and says plainly when a caller was on a landline, because a landline can't get a text.
- Calls show up once your call tracking is set up.
- We don't record calls.

7 of the 8 were on mobiles and got a text back from LeadFlow™. 1 was on a landline, which can't get a text.
Tip: call back the missed numbers.

Booked: 9 jobs, from 25 of 40 enquiries marked
You tell us which enquiries became jobs
Every enquiry that comes in is listed with its date and how it reached you. You tap Booked or Not booked on the ones you know the answer to, and the total updates.
That's how you can see which enquiries turned into jobs. The numbers stay on your own page. We don't put anyone's details in a shared file.
Where you show up, and what people say
Each month we check where you show up on Google Maps for the searches that matter to your business, and the page shows it as simple bars. A search where you don't show up yet is greyed out as "not showing yet". It isn't marked red or counted as a failure.
Your Google reviews sit next to it: how many you have and your average rating.
- Map positions update once a month, after the check.
- We leave out searches for your own business name. Anyone can find you by name, so it doesn't count as a win.

What we did, what's next, and what we need
The work log gets a new row every Monday. Posts and new pages come in by themselves, and anything we do by hand gets added in plain words, with proof behind it. Open any row to see the links to what went live.
Next to it, "Coming up next week" lists the posts and pages already scheduled. And if we need something from you, it appears under "Waiting on you", with your name on it. When you've sent it, it comes off the list.
There's also a "Useful information" panel with who to ring at ContentWorks and how to reach us.
Your own address, and a code by email
There's no password to remember and nothing to install.
Open your address
Each client gets their own, in the form yourname.contentworks.ai. We send you the link when it's ready.
Put in your email
We email a six-digit code to the address you give us. A code only goes to an address we have on file for you.
Type the code in
You're on your WorksBoard™. Use the month picker at the top to look back at earlier months.
Every month keeps its own page, so nothing disappears when a new month starts. It's your page, and nobody else can open it.
What to know before you sign up
It comes with every plan
There's no extra cost and nothing to switch on. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all get one. See the pricing page for what each level does.
Calls need call tracking
Calls appear once your call tracking is set up. Until then, anything we can't count yet stays on the page greyed out with a dash, never as a made-up zero.
Outcomes only
We count what brings work in: calls, enquiries, jobs booked, reviews and Google Maps positions, plus the work we've done. We don't pad it with follower counts and other numbers that look busy. And we can't promise a number of jobs.

What is a WorksBoard™?
It's your own private page, with your calls, enquiries, reviews, Google Maps positions and the work we've done for you. It opens on one number: how many people got in touch. Under that you see what happened, what we're waiting on from you, and what's coming up next week.
How do I log in?
Open your own address and put in your email. We email you a six-digit code, you type it in, and you're on. There's no password to remember. A code only goes to an email address we have on file for you.
Will my calls show up on it?
Calls appear once your call tracking is set up. Until then your WorksBoard™ shows the parts we can count, and a part that isn't counted yet stays on the page greyed out with a dash, never a made-up zero. We don't record calls.
How often is it updated?
The numbers update every month, after your Google Maps check. The work log updates every week. Each month keeps its own page, so you can use the month picker to look back at earlier ones.
What does a WorksBoard™ cost?
Nothing extra. It comes with every plan. Prices for the plans are on the pricing page.
Can you see when I open it?
Yes. We note when the page is opened and which rows you mark, so we know it reached you. The page says so in its "How we count" section.
Why don't I see follower counts or page views?
Because numbers that look busy don't pay the bills. Your WorksBoard™ counts what brings work in: calls, enquiries, jobs booked, reviews and Google Maps positions, plus the work we've done for you.
Will this get me more jobs?
We can't promise a number of jobs, and we don't. Your WorksBoard™ shows you what's coming in and what we've done, so you can see what's happening. Whether an enquiry becomes a job depends on your price, your availability and your name.
Want to see what your marketing is bringing in?
Take the free OMNIlocal™ Visibility Scorecard. In about four minutes you see your score across Google, reviews, enquiries and social, and the one gap costing you most.
